CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): Each client is granted one complimentary late cancellation with no fee. Any additional late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Missed Appointments (No-Shows): Each client is allowed one complimentary missed appointment. The second missed appointment and any thereafter will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
